1. In providing our services to you, we will collect the following personal information from you for the following reasons:
a. When you make internet or in-store purchases, we will require payment by credit card. Therefore, we will require the credit card holder’s name, address, phone number, credit card number and expiry date.
b. For shipping your internet or in-store purchases, we will require the name, address and phone number of the individual(s) to whom we are shipping the merchandise purchased.
c. We collect your email address in order to provide you with an electronic receipt and for other uses described below.
d. In the event you require alterations to your clothing, we will collect sizing information, including your body measurements.
e. We collect information about your shopping preferences on our website using Cookies to help personalize your shopping experience. Use of cookies on our website: On our website, we may use cookies to track your preferences and activities. Cookies are small data files transferred to your computer’s hard drive by a website. They keep a record of your shopping preferences and log in information, thus making your subsequent visits to the site more effective. b. To complete alterations of clothing purchased and to ensure that your personal wardrobing needs are looked after. Following your in-store purchase your Sales Associate will contact you to let you know when your alterations are complete (if applicable), and possibly once again to ensure your satisfaction with the products you have purchased.
c. To improve customer service delivery by maintaining records of your previous purchases we gain a better understanding of your personal preferences and needs. This allows us to personalize your shopping experience.
d. Unless you opt out, to keep you informed about our Special Events, Trunk Shows and Promotions, your in-store sales associate or our e-commerce department will contact you by telephone, email or regular mail to keep you up-to-date with fashion information, new products, special events, sales and other things we are doing that may be of interest to you.

3. The personal information we collect from you will be disclosed as follows:
a. Your personal information may be disclosed to a third party systems support provider who may be contracted to provide systems support to us.
b. Your personal information may be disclosed to a third party banking institution for the purposes of verifying that the credit card used to make the purchase belongs to the person making the purchase.
c. Unless you opt out, your personal information may be disclosed to a third party mail-out or e-mail out service provider to facilitate the mail-out or email-out of promotions material.
