March 17th, 2010 - Cole HaanOn my recent trip to Magic in fabulous Las Vegas, the organizers of the show invited me to attend their newest show called PLATFORM, which is for shoemakers only, no clothing at all. I attended a special VIP breakfast which included a preview of the show, prior to it's opening the first day. The limo picked me up at my hotel, and whisked me and the team off for a quick bite to eat and a look around to see what was up. It's shocking how many worldwide producers of footwear there are, and separating the wheat from the chaff takes some time. Fortunately, the store's already well into the loop.
